How to develop a good Triceps?
This is my simple Triceps routine. Only 1 equipment needed which is the cable machine.
Do 10-12reps on Rope Extension follow up with 15reps or to failure on Narrow Grip Push Up.
Tips: Fully extend your elbows (lock your elbows) when performing a Rope Extension for maximum Triceps contraction.
